Am I good fit for this cohort?

To be eligible, participants should:
  • Be currently employed as an aide in a licensed child care program
  • Have at least six months of experience working in child care
  • Not yet hold a child care degree or the “90-hour” certification
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a Maryland resident
Eligible participants must commit to:
  • Completing self-paced, independent classes
  • Attending two-hour virtual meetings on Wednesdays from 6–8 p.m. for six months
  • Participating in approximately nine hours of additional live virtual training
