Date(s) - Thursday, September 17, 2026 - Thursday, October 08, 2026
9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN) from the Erikson Institute is a relationship-based approach that helps early childhood leaders build the capacity of their teams to develop stronger relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Through reflective practice and practical tools, directors will learn how to support staff in navigating challenging interactions, responding with greater attunement, and strengthening partnerships with families. This training provides leaders with strategies to foster a more connected, responsive, and inclusive early childhood program culture.

The FAN training consists of four sessions, and participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate of completion. Participants who successfully complete the full training will receive a Level 1 FAN certificate from Erikson Institute in addition to a Project ACT COK certificate.
