Annual Early Childhood Conference

2024 Conference Request for Vendors

We are looking for vendors to attend our Annual Early Childhood Conference on Saturday, September 28, 2023 at Goucher College. Please read all of the information below before submitting your application as it contains important details about being a vendor at the conference.

Each year our conference serves approximately 200 participants. We are looking for vendors that support young children and/or their early childhood teachers.

Benefits of being a vendor:

  • No cost to you! Tables are provided, no fees required.  (We do ask for a donation to be raffled off during the conference)
  • Great marketing! Providers from across the state will be in attendance.
  • Expand your customer base! Meet with directors, administrators, teachers, and family child care professionals.

Important info:

  • Set up begins at 10:30am. Participants will have time to visit vendors during lunch which is from 11:45am to 1:15pm.
  • Please understand that due to the limited space, if you wish to attend conference sessions or the keynote you will need to register for the conference as a participant.
  • Lunch will be available for a small fee.
  • Your donation to the conference raffle can be a service or product(s).


If you are unable to attend the conference as a vendor but would like to donate a product to be raffled off, please email us to arrange for pick up.
