Training Questions

How do I register for trainings?

First, you will need to make an account with us. Click here to view our membership options. Once you have an account, click here to view all of our upcoming trainings and complete the registration process.

How will I know that my training registration has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email from us once you are registered. You can also check all of your upcoming training registrations by logging into your account, and clicking "My Bookings."

What should I do if I did not receive the email with the information for my upcoming training?

We typically send our training emails 24 hours prior to the training. If the training is on a Monday, we send the email on Friday. Please check your junk/spam folder for the email. If you still do not see it, please contact our Program Assistant, Tiesha Johnson at tjohnson@abilitiesnetwork.org or you can email the CRC at crcbc@abilitiesnetwork.org.

Are the trainings held in-person or are they virtual?

Most of our trainings are currently being offered virtually via Zoom, however, there are some trainings that are in-person. When you register, the registration page will specify if it is an online training format or if it is in-person and will give the address.

Do you provide refunds for trainings?

No, we do not provide refunds for trainings. You can be eligible to receive a credit to put towards a future training if you contact us 48 hours prior to the training by emailing the CRC at crcbc@abilitiesnetwork.org. When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are emailed within 7-10 business days from the date of the training. Please check your junk or spam folder if you did not receive it. If you still do not see it, please contact us at crcbc@abilitiesnetwork.org.

What should I do if I lost my certificate and need a new copy?

If you need a copy of a certificate, you can contact us at crcbc@abilitiesnetwork.org and provide us with your first name, last name, the date of the training and the title of the training. We will need all of this information to locate your certificate. We do charge a $10 reprocessing fee that can be paid with PayPal, debit or credit card. Once we receive the payment, we will email you a new copy of your certificate. If you are looking for a certificate prior to 2020, it can take between 2-4 weeks to locate because we have limited access to our files. We appreciate your patience.

I am the director/owner of a child care program and I am interested in scheduling a training for just my staff. Where do I go to inquire about this?

Parent/Child Care Provider Questions

I am a parent or a child care provider that has a child experiencing difficulties in a child care setting. Can you offer any support?

Yes! We offer free support in early childhood programs to children birth-5 years old. Children with developmental delays, social emotional challenges, or simply having difficulty adjusting to their child care program may be eligible for these free services. If I am a child care provider, can I receive free coaching/mentoring support?

We provide services to Baltimore, Harford and Cecil counties.
