Our workshop focusing on the health of children’s sleep will provide information about the health of all children including those with special needs and diverse backgrounds. It is important to address the unique challenges and intricacies associated with sleep disorders for all young people.

Meet our amazing speaker, Christine Stevens! She’s a Children’s Sleep Consultant, Certified Lactation Counselor, and postpartum doula. If you’re a tired parent who’s tried everything to get your little ones to sleep, Christine is here to help. She’ll teach you effective strategies that align with your parenting style so that your whole family can enjoy restful nights. Christine has successfully guided thousands of families in creating peaceful bedtime routines and achieving a full night of sleep. 2 COK hours: You will receive 1 hour Health, Safety and Nutrition and 1 hour Special Needs.
