Family Relationships: Boosting Protective Factors in Early Childhood

This training will introduce the Strengthening Families Framework and examine the five protective factors for families. Participants will discuss key strategies for engaging with families and ways that their work influences each of the five protective factors. They will have an opportunity to hear about other’s practice, complete a mini self-assessment of their own practice, and begin an action plan to strengthen their family engagement routines.
