Why Do Toddlers Bite?

Biting is developmental, but it’s a very upsetting behavior for parents and teachers. This training will explore the developmental reasons why some children bite, how to set up environments to reduce the opportunity for biting to occur, and strategies to reduce occurrence.
Core of Knowledge Area: Child Development (2 hours)
