Caring for Little Ones: Using Sign Language to Communicate

This training is designed to introduce infant and toddler teachers to using sign language with children to support communication. Through this highly interactive training, students will learn 8-10 signs for “needs meeting” words such as more, all done, mommy, daddy, stop, etc. Students will also walk away with created hand sign placards and pair them with the spoken words that match the signs.

Each participant will need individual access to a computer, smartphone or tablet. Specific webinar access details will be sent prior to the training.
