Connection Through Communication

This training will provide participants with information about how communication is effected by age, race, class, and technology. Participants will come away with an understanding that while there are broad generalizations that can be made about how different people communicate based on their identities, communication should also be individualized to each person.
Core of Knowledge Area: Professionalism (1 Hour) & Community (1 Hour)

Each participant will need individual access to a computer, smartphone or tablet. Specific webinar access details will be sent prior to the training.
