Equity Series: “Mindful Play for All: Building Equity through Curiosity in Early Childhood Settings”

Date/Time
Date(s) - Wednesday, December 13, 2023
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

This workshop is featuring Sarah Iverson, a play alchemist and multi passionate creative, bringing elements of play and joy into wellness and spirituality. She has a B.A. in Art (CSU Fresno) and M.A. in Environmental Leadership (Naropa University). She brings that childlike curiosity to her healing work to help others tap back into their own playful curiosity. She holds a strong passion for her work because play is a vital component to our wellness. When we allow ourselves to tap into a playful state of mind, we elevate our consciousness and raise our vibration because play is love. Sarah has a “toy chest” full of experience and magical techniques including reiki, herbalism, meditation, coaching, design, non-violent communication, and visual/performing arts.
