I’m Not Biased, Am I? Implicit Bias: What is it and What Can I Do about it

Through self-reflection, participants will recognize the importance of anti-bias/culturally responsive practices. Engaging activities, thought provoking discussions and intentional introspection will encourage participants to examine their own biases and understand how these biases can impact their program. Strategies to address micro aggressions, prejudices, and biases will be shared and shared.
Core of Knowledge: Professionalism (3 hours)
