Kids in Motion: Music and Motion Activities for the Whole Child

This interactive training incorporates current research and theory on the benefits of music and movement for the “whole child,” including a child’s physical development as well as their social/emotional and cognitive growth. Participants will explore how music and movement is experienced by young children of other cultures and will, through hands-on activities, explore fun, practical ways to utilize music and movement every day, throughout the day.

Core of Knowledge Area: Curriculum (1 hour), Special Needs (1 hour) and Child Development (1 hour)

Each participant will need individual access to a computer, smartphone or tablet. Specific webinar access details will be sent prior to the training.
