This training introduces the participant to sensory processing dysfunction and sensory integration disorder and provides many easy-to-use strategies to implement in your classroom setting to address various sensory needs for all children.

Project ACT has been awarded a generous grant from the Maryland State Department of Education to offer child care providers free special needs trainings. As a part of this grant, if you provide care for children ages birth through 3 years old and participate in technical assistance after the training, you can attend free Core of Knowledge trainings on a variety of special needs topics and receive 2 additional Core of Knowledge hours in professionalism. Space is limited and pre registration is mandatory.
