New training! Resilience for children is a hot topic in the field of ECE, and for good reason. Resilience for grownups is also important, yet so often overlooked, because we are busy focusing on the needs of the children. This session will focus on using the DARS (Devereaux Adult Resilience Survey) to build our own resilience as adults, including a deeper understanding of what self care is and how to implement it to strengthen our resilience.
